Got introduced to this game at the weekend by one of my friends who is a real life air traffic controller - he says a load of them at work are addicted to it! My current high score is 105 and I still can't stop playing it - so addictive!
 
Love this game. I wish they would add another playing mode with levels so you don't hae to start back at zero every time. The first few minutes can be boring.
 
those scores are out of this world, nice going fellas.

I wish they would update this game with more lives or something or at least some options...maybe add a level or two, its such a simple game, i'm sure it would be easy to update a level.
 
85... I thought I'd got over my addiction to it but now I've read this thread I've realised I'm kidding myself and need another go right now!

This is the cutest, coolest, and most challenging game I've played on iPhone so far. One of my favorites. There are other games that are nearly impossible, but this one is challenging, yet you know that you can improve your highest score if you just focus, and try again and again.
 
Anyone have any strategies that work? I've tried taking each plane on the shortest direct route, and have tried queuing them all up just like a real airport, but am not sure if one way has been more successful than the other.

I'm curious as to what the people who have gotten into the hundreds do. I'm also curious if any of those people actually are real ATC's. Does that skill help or is this just a video game and you have to be 8 years old to be good. :)
 
As much as I love this game as well and am addicted, I have discovered another equally entertaining airplane game called AirportMania. For 99¢ I think it is a steal! Great fun graphics and multiple levels of play. Not to take anything away from Flight Control which is a great game in its own way, but I really recommend checking it out. I've become seriously addicted to this new found game!
 
It was 83, and I never thought I would break that, but I was just on fire and scored 107!! :eek:
 
The updates to this game have also been fantastic.

Now, with three levels and an online score site and facebook integration.

My high score was a paltry 195 until I updated to a 3GS and lost my scores.
 
Im still on 180, hanvt played it on the touch since then. waiting to get the iphone, as i know when i switch ill lose what ever was the highest score
 
A new update just hit the App Store.

Flight Control now supports multi-player and each person controls a certain color of planes.

Interesting.

Yes, and it is awesome! Was playing with my little bro and its great. It is definitely harder then the normal mode in my opinion. You can only land your colored airplanes, the other ones, you have to send to the other person and they have to land them. Gets pretty crazy too:D
 
My highest score is 84, very fun game. So simple yet so fun. Definitely worth the buck.
