iPhone Forecast Tweak Won't Update

Wonder if guys have the same bug I have. I assume its being caused from forecast. When I get a lock screen notification from any apple app (mail, reminders) and I slide the bottom lock panel to open it (not the one with the app icon) my lock screen locks up.
