Found an Iphone

May every iphone you ever acquire be icloud locked.

I'm not going to speculate whether or not this person tried to find the real owner of the phone, at this point it really doesn't mater now. But telling him to turn it over to the police or return it to Apple it dumb. Do you really think the police have the time or resources to find the owner of a phone? The most they would do is put in lost and found. Same goes for Apple, there not going to try to find the lost owner.
