What exactly is the incompatibility issue? Are PDF files that were scanned using the ScanSnap Manager somehow automatically deleted? I use ScanSnap to scan documents to the desktop when needed. Based on the link provided, I'm not sure if there is an incompatibility with doing that?
 
I sure hope Fujitsu pushes out an update quickly, now that Sierra is updating automatically.
