I had Eclipse on my iPhone 5S, but Eclipse 2 is just amazing on my iPhone 6.

That's because someone's listing the current version off the default repo listings. It's private repo has a much never version.

It does work with 8.1 but it doesn't fit the entire screen yet for the 6 Plus. I'm working with another poster in a different thread on a way to fix the aspect ratio to fit the entire screen.

Eclipse 2 is really nice but what makes my words being typed on whatsapp black with a black background... so i cant see what i typed till I hit send.

Doesnt happen in Messages app though.
