Not true, I left passcode on. I also had the same issue as you, trust me - with regard to getting it to verify my device and jailbreak successfully.
Go about installing mobileiron and letting it verify your device is in compliance. Jailbreak as usual, and you'll be fine.
Please note using 1.1 of pangu also removes any issues with passcode
Anyone experiencing a problem with ccsettings that makes cc glitchy? After I pull it it would kinda freeze and not go back down with down swipe and have to press the home button to make it go back down. Assuming it's ccsettings cause after I uninstalled it the problem disappeared. It was working fine for a while before this happened tho.

If on a 32bit device try increasing contrast to see if it helps.

I think someone needs to take over this thread and make a new spreadsheet to continue where the OP has been blocked from his Zoho account. We're now going on 24 hours without this spreadsheet.
It's going to be real hard to recreate that ... the good news is things are quickly updating I'd say. Still going to wait on the big ticket/deep rooted weeks like Auxo and Springtomize, but those developers give updates via Twitter, ect.

It looks like home screen designer has been updated for ios8, but I can't download it because I didn't previously purchase it? It says device not currently certified. iPhone 6.
