Well Sex actually does have a Multi Touch User Interface...
The funny thing is, the x amount of "mac users" that have jumped on board so they can have a shiny socially adored fashion item will believe it... which unfortunately makes up a large majority of "switchers".
Apple = Microsoft + Gucci
Well Sex actually does have a Multi Touch User Interface...
yeah but no app store and no ipod
PSP (or at least the new PSP Go) has Movies, Videos, Camera, and Internet.
wait...what do they mean the nintendo ds doesnt have an ipod???
Roflmao. How many songs can you put in that?
wait...what do they mean the nintendo ds doesnt have an ipod???
Every iteration of the PSP so far has offered music, videos and the internet, and most (maybe all) also allow you to attach camera accessories. The only thing it lacks in comparison to the iPod touch is the multi-touch screen and App Store (and, subjectively, storage - but at least the PSP lets the user expand it themselves and don't have to conform with only a set amount of space).
Apple = No 'Phantom Hourglass', no 'Mario Kart', no 'The World Ends With You' ...
Yeah, Mario Kart is a must have game IMHO.
Back to the Apple presentation on PSP & DS being/having "no iPod!" What are they trying to say? I mean Apple now allow Sony &/or Nintendo to make/market their portable gaming devices as an "iPod?" Even if Apple does allow that kind of "licensing," I bet Sony &/or Nintendo are going to say that they're never gonna be doing it because doing so will be "a bag of hurt!"
Hmm.. They do?
Gimme a Gucci blah any day.. Prefer it, if it's by Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen or John Galliano
You fine folks can keep your iPods, iPhones and other iSh*te
Games are expensive - when they're new. Used - well there is no used market in App Store games. Although they are cheaper so this is somewhat offset. Casuals will outspend the hardcore gamers though - see the Wii as an example. It is a smart decision for Apple to take on casual gaming first.
No App Store - I agree with this one, the future is in downloadables. Save money and the environment not making physical objects, transporting said objects, running physical stores, or making consumers drive (at least here) to stores. Apply the same to the rest of the information economy and that's a lot of dead trees/animals saved.
The iPhone is certainly better than the Nintendo DS in my opinion, some of the games the iPhone does are more than comparable to the DS in terms of visuals ... see NFS and Tiger Woods for prime examples.
