I'm anxious to see what Ive rolls out in iOS7 and iOS8....for me, the hardware in the next iPhones isn't what I'm watching for (except for the size increase) - most phones have more power than necessary. The evolution of iOS will be interesting to see and will ultimately be what slows or propels Apple.
Agree on the OS being the selling feature today. As of right now, even Windows 8 Phone's have pretty powerful hardware, let alone the high end Android and iPhone have almost crazy desktop internals More than enough power.
That's all fine and dandy, but we are at the point where it's all about the OS and UI features. I am very curious if Ive's will have the backing to actually change up iOS, add new UI features, and really revamp / update it. Live tiles would be great start. I hope they can do all of this for iOS7 this year, and not have to wait til iOS8.
And Android 5.0 key Lime Pie, I am also drooling for. Very curious to see what Matias Duarte is cooking up for us
