Galaxy s4 running very slow and very hot need help ASAP!

Not true. S4 and note3 stock rom allow apps to be moved to sd card

Oh ok, I havent used this years phones but all of the older ones were you couldnt. I wasnt aware they changed this. Thats good news.
 
Mine only got ridiculously hot when charging it and doing something labour-intensive (wifi syncing with iSyncr for 4 hours).
 
Keep backup and reset your phone totally.reinsert the memory card.I think you will get good feedback.
