As others have said...Unreal Tournament runs brilliantly (on OS 9) and looks awesome too. Playability wise, IMO, it's much better than the later editions.
ATY Rage M6 = the first Mobility Radeon. A Radeon is essentially the Rage chipset with more bells and whistles. The PowerBook G4 in question has a Radeon, supports Quartz Extreme, and should have better 3D performance than the earlier Rage 128 models.

I would imagine a 667mhz PowerBook G4 should have Quartz enabled - I mean I guess I can't be sure since I don't own one. But both the Gigabit ethernet and DVI models are supposed to have Radeons, as indicated by the specs in the Gigabit user manual located here:
