Genus Bar won't see me if 3 minutes late to iPhone appointment!!!!

When you are late, "Late is late"
When geniuses are late, "Are you serious? We are busy!"

I also had to wait 20 minutes more even when I arrived 15 minutes earlier.

So a "genius" (lol that's such an embarrassing term) cannot be seen unless you make an appointment, you have to book a slot.
So if you book a slot, you must be given a average time window where they would see you.
So you are a few mins late. What does the genius do?
He can't see the next person he's booked for, as the next person won't be there yet.
Or does he randomly go and look for someone standing around who had not made an appointment?

Exactly. You are there on time and the genius doesn't see you until 10 mins after your scheduled time-what happens? Nothing, you suck it up and deal with it. Genius my arse.

Since the load is VERY high at the genius bars nowadays and especially when certain annoying customers decide on taking a bit longer/arriving late it often happens that the queue falls behind which means the genius will just simply always have a "next person" he is booked for there.

Yeah, I was a 5 minutes late and was screwed, but usually they are 30-45 minutes late when helping me. So I didn't think I had to be there at EXACTLY the specified time.
