Just ordered mine!

Well, I think the 16 GB with WI-FI is more than enough, unless you plan to load a lot of movies, or take it around with you. I just ordered mine, and I plan to use it inside the house only, so that's why I got the entry level model.

What really hurts is the 7-10 business day wait. I am chomping at the bit to get my iPad (I already sold my 3.5 year old MacBook to get this thing!).

Well, at least I have our desktop computer and my iPhone to tide me over until the iPad arrives.

Good luck with yours! Getting any accessories? I will get the Speck Products Pixelshield Carry Sleeve to protect it when we aren't using it. I may get an Apple iPad dock sometime down the road.

Ye I got accessories. The longer charger, a belkin sleeve and a screen protector. It is so hard to get the screen protector on probably wouldn't reccomend buying one. Gonna buy a camera connection kit.

Screen protectors are hard to put on, although worth it in my opinion, rather scratch a screen protector than the screen. The invisible shield ones are easier to put on than the static ones, the water application, gives you a bit more margin for error.

Unless you go to a kiosk in a mall where they'll put it on for you. Within the next couple days I'll get a ghost armor protector put on my iPad. Pricey though. Well worth it though I'm sure.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

I would take 3G capability over an excessive amount of storage any day!

The US prices are $0.99 for Goodreader (totally worth it and more)
$9.99 for iWork apps.

I have Pages and Numbers. I love them, but Numbers can't export to .xls and there is no support in the iWork apps to access iDisk which is horrible. Docs to go just updated for iPad and has native access to iDisk and google Docs etc...14 bucks gets you an entire suite. I would still download Pages and numbers, they are very pretty and I assume will have the same functionality when iPhone OS 4.0 comes out.

Hi guys

I'm going to be buying an iPad today and was wondering if you thought the 3g 32gb is better than the 64gb wifi only. Also what should be the first things I should do when I get it. New apps/syncing/jbing?

Kiss it, cuddle it and play with it. WIFI and WIFE work better with a little extra lovin'.
