Getting around the 100 mb download limit

Not an update.

Possibly an Australian thing.
Limits are dictated by country.

Really irritating because facebook app update is almost always over 100 mb, so I have to connect my phone to my macbook, go to sharing, and share my internet connection, basically making my macbook a hotspot. Then, I can connect from my phone to trick it into thinking I'm not using cellular data.
