gmail users...what do you suggest?

I use Google Sync so my GMail is set up as a Mircosoft Exchange account, and therefore I get push GMail.

I use mail.app as a regular gmail setup, I used to use it as exchange to keep my contacts and calendar in sync but have since moved to iCloud.

What is this hack called?

and does anyone know how to get mail that you have forwarded to labels to come across in banner alerts like all the other mail does in the inbox?

I just all the IMAP settings and nothing I can do make them show up on my phone.

I too moved to iCloud - If I am going to be on iMac, iPad, & iPhone why wouldn't I?
