Just thought I would tell somebody. I woke up and told this to my wife this morning, but she just glared at me for waking her up and rolled over....lol.....

Congrats man - welcome to the iPad club!!

You'll enjoy it!

And you'll enjoy it a lot more if you explore it on your own without checking back here till tomorrow or Wednesday. Some of the posters in this forum would have you doubt your iPad, your tie and your wife if they had their way.

My wife glared at me as well so I got her one. Now she can't live without it.

Congrats!
You will love it! It's magical you know.

I was unsure about getting an iPad, but now that I have one I don't know what I'd do without it. And that's just after 1 week. Congrats!

Do yourself a favor and get yourself some sort of screen protector. 4 months in, and I got a scratch :-(. I'm going to get some Power Support Crystal Film's today. Hopefully, it'll fill in the scratch and make it less noticeable.

Haha omg i was going to get one today too but 10 mins ago i heard on the news that the next ipad should come out soon so i was like ill wait lol:cool: :apple:

Congrats

Bought two this week. One wifi and one 3g for our family. We love them. Used to sit around with laptops on our laps. No more. I can now see their faces when they surf!

Power Support Crystal Film? I too have got a scratch on my ipad an I can't bare it, is there any way to get it to be at least less noticeable?

Congrats on getting one! I love mine

You'll love the iPad. That said, really take the time to learn about it. There are some quirks (look in this forum).

Also, look over many apps before purchasing. I've found some of my favorite apps on my iPhone don't work as well on my iPad.

I got my wife one and she glared at me when I tried to borrow it. So I bought one for myself and we're both happy...

So, did you get one?

Either he got there and they were sold out, or he is having too much fun to come back.

My guess is that he did and he's totally immersed in it right now. One of these days he'll come up for air and tell us about his experience...

I Did!!!

I did get one. I ended up getting the 64gb 3G model because after having the iPhone 4 with 32, I wanted as much space as I could have. I absolutely LOVE it!!! Although I will say I am not as much of a fan of the Apple branded case as I though I was going to be.

Ps. I am typing this from it!

Nice... Did you jailbreak it yet? :D
