Cool story br... ha ha ha, just kidding. Enjoy it. Hope you like it as much as I do!

How did you guys scratch your screen? The screen seems pretty rugged and scratch resistance.

OP congrats on your new toy. If nothing more, jail breaking your iPad for multitasking alone is a good enough reason to jump on board.

I did get one. I ended up getting the 64gb 3G model because after having the iPhone 4 with 32, I wanted as much space as I could have. I absolutely LOVE it!!! Although I will say I am not as much of a fan of the Apple branded case as I though I was going to be.

Ps. I am typing this from it!

Congratulations then! Apple definitely found a niche for the iPad and it fills it quite nicely.

I agree. My wife has one and, aside from the nice form factor, it doesn't work for me. I ended up with the Marware Eco and I'm happy with it even though it does add significant weight. I also put a Zagg backing and a screen film for the times that I use it outside its case.

Enjoy your iPad!

Where did you find it in stock? I thought they were still pretty hard to come by?

My local Apple store. I live in Minneapolis and from what I hear, the 64 3G model is the most common one in stock. But I know for a fact the local BB has them as well.

Haha omg i was going to get one today too but 10 mins ago i heard on the news that the next ipad should come out soon so i was like ill wait lol:cool: :apple:

I'm waiting for the iPad 6 with 7G network support. I heard it's coming out next year so I'll wait.

I was gonna wait with you for the iPad 6 but then I heard on the news that iPad 7 was coming out soon after. So I was like I'll wait for iPad 7.

they are pretty readily available in an Apple Store now. I was in an Los Angeles store, on a Sunday no less, and a guy walked up and asked for the previously hard-to-find 16gb 3G model. He was walking out with it a few minutes later.
