Going to miss the curved edges on iPhone

Going to miss the curved edges on iPhone
Think it probably depends on the size of your respective hands; each person is going to have a slightly different ergonomic preference based on the size and shape of their hands. There is no one right design for all people…Why thank you, good Sir/madam 🧐
yes, terrible is a strong word 😄 what I don't like is that the curved aluminum is really slippery, and it slides out my hand more than the 5s did.
also, the curve kind of hurts my fingers when I squeeze hard to keep it from sliding out my hand. All in all, I just prefer the flat edges and think they are better for gripping things. The only way the round edge would be "better" is if it was a larger radius. (Think iPhone 3gs)

I absolutely will use the "slippery phone" argument that the radius of the edges of iPhone 6-X makes it slippery! 😂
It's also uncomfortable if gripping the phone tightly to avoid dropping it.
the edge of the phone doesn't "contour" to the hand because the radius is to small. The curve of the 3GS is a better representation of a curve that contours to the hand.
but please continue telling me what I shall and shan't do 😂 I'll have to give you a thumbs down. (Do thumbs down mean anything, really? Haha)
Sold the 14 Pro and moved back to an old XS (till 15 pro's arrive). What a difference in the hand - weight/ease/overall shape. I think we all cheered Apple on to create a more unergonomic device in order to feel that it was something "new" and that was a bad call. Hope 15 will be more curvier and easier on my palms. Honestly, go back to a X or XS from your current 12/13/14 pros and let me know what you guys think.
Definitely. I’m an iPhone 8 owner, and this phone isn’t nearly as big as an XR/11, and without a case this is a soap bar, really slippery.I definitely find the flat sided iPhones easier to hold. I always felt the curved sided iPhones were very unergonomic and more prone to slipping out of a grip. The flat sides were nothing new, just a rehash of the iPhone 4 and 5 era. No doubt iPhones will go curved again as Apple seems to do this just to make the appearance appear new.

I would like to hear more about your recent switch actually which I see is from 13 PMax to 14 Pro. What made you you to change from Pro Max to standart Pro? And what are the benefits? Since I'm on the same edge right now I would like to hear more about that. Thanks.I went from an 11 Pro Max with the curved sides to the 13 Pro Max with the squared off sides. I love the look of the 13 Pro Max but I found the 11 PM was easier to hold and use one-handed. Count me as a fan of the curved sides, even though I just moved from the 13 PM to the 14 Pro.
My guess… max is uncomfortable to hold.I would like to hear more about your recent switch actually which I see is from 13 PMax to 14 Pro. What made you you to change from Pro Max to standart Pro? I had the 11 Pro Max and upgraded to the 13 Pro Max, form5G and the flat sides. Harder to hold the 13 PM in one hand and use the camera, plus it’s a beast as far as weight. I’ve gone back and forth before between standard size and Pro Max.I would like to hear more about your recent switch actually which I see is from 13 PMax to 14 Pro. Bingo! Especially one-handed use. Maybe Shaq would be fine with it but not me.My guess… max is uncomfortable to hold.
