Google Drive for M1 v47 and troubleshooting upgrade from v46

Hello Everyone, have you already found a solution for this issue?

After the update to V48 google drive is still not getting indexed.

I started to use CloudMounter and stopped trying.

Cloud mounter seems nice but not working with the spotlight.

What I found working are StrongSync and Odrive but they only do the indexing after you open the particular folder which is annoying as well. (Is there any solution to that?)

With 49.0.8.0 (Apple Silicon) I can enable indexing and seems to work, until the next reboot, where it is disabled...

Hello! As you later mentioned, Cloud Mounter doesn't get indexed and neither did CyberDuck/MountainDuck in my experience.

I also used odrive for a while but changed to Google Backup&Sync when it was fixed to work on Apple Silicon.
I may have used odrive for longer but didn't feel comfortable relying on a third-party file streaming service, even if it was nearly as good as File Stream. I was concerned about data loss more so than anything else.

I somehow missed Strongsync's release (probably because B&S updated a couple months before that), even though I tried ExpanDrive too.
How is it in your experience with Strongsync? It seems pretty good at a first glance.
