Hey, I'm a Brit over here in Oz. If I had the Union Jack on the roof I bet you $10 it'd get keyed within a week!

What if you painted the bonnet blue, and stuck a few white stars on it? :p :p

I haven't read the whole thread, just seen pics of stupid stuff.
So nobody here has a nice car/bike/whatever they want to show?

Sure fine, I will post mine to add to the "actual Macrumors member owned automobiles" list, that this thread is titled to show.

Fair enough...at least they put out the lttl r/c ones...if you get one like that no one will key it...or they'd have to at least find a really small key...lol.

I think some of you already know about this, but ...

... BTW it's an '04 330Ci

Verry nice!

I almost got a 2002 330ci back when they were new, but I decided to keep my Passat. I am happy with my decision so far, but Barvaria is still calling my name from time to time!

Thank you - Daddy like :D

It's a culmination of a dream. The Passat is a fine car, and that's nothing to look over the fence at Bavaria too terribly hard.

Indeed, sadly you have the last of the great E46 series BMWs!

I have suplimented my dream (for now) by doing some minor mods to get my Passat near thepower of the 2002 Model year 330ci I wanted. It is now sitting at ~220hp (245 lb/ft torque).

Sadly It is still only FWD, But I am really happy with the multilink front suspension on these cars.

I really don't care for the new E90 BMW 3 Series at this point, so I hope when I am in the market, BMW has something that I will like, and or the E90 will just have to grow on me. The possibility of a 1 or (which I think they would call a 2 series in the US) series in "M" trim would be high on my list!

Could you get one of your 'tars painted across the top? That'd be gorgeous.

This is my mums car, my dads pride and joy, and my baby at evenings and weekends ;) I have it for school a good bit too, although school ended for me on Friday.. forever

It's a 318ESi with the older style M alloys (dirty there, I know. This car is usually pristine, but eh! Just took the picture there now). It's got full M suspension too, and the M interior. It's not a CSL just yet, though ;)

patrick, owning a beema was my dads dream since he was a kid and used to wash his neighbours! Owning an Evo 8 FQ330 is my dream, now, but I'd be happy with a 330 ;)

Anyways, yep. Oh yeh, 43,000 miles on the clock and it's just over a year and a half old. Goes through tyres like nobodies business.

andy.
