Strange, I just did a Google search and a MR search for DIM, iPhone 7 Display Dim, etc. We're are you seeing all these reports that have you so worried?
I've seen multiple comments about the screen not seeming as bright as the 6, a lot of them were last night late from the other side of the pond getting theirs first

Ok good - I am confused as to where to find reports of this, but yes, my screen is very dark. Updating to 10.0.1 and going to do a hard reset to see if that helps.

Update us on if it changes, I'll look for the thread that had several people saying side by side the 7 was darker than the 6

Ditto as a UK user my iphone is super bright flat out. I run it at 50% brightness most of the time.

Also the packaging is sooooo much easier to get apart this time. Its almost as though they saw the video of the poor guy who dropped his iphone 6 on live tv a couple of years ago and decided to fix it.

Anyone know if there is a sticker or film to remove from the camera? I took a pic, with some parts of the pic not in focus.
Why don't I check myself? In case there is a really thin film, or if I trick myself into thinking there is one, I don't want to unecessarily have my nail around there trying to peel something off that doesn't exist. So if anyone knows 100% for sure if there is or isn't already, that would be helpful. Thanks!

If you look at the pic I took, the left box is so out of focus. I tried repositioning the camera and all that, but it kept out of focus

Now that you say this, I can't tell if I see plastic on the lens or not! I think not because the photos comes out perfectly.

Some weird stuff is going on with this screen. My 7 Plus is more yellow and dull than my wife's 7 and way less crisp than my 6s Plus. Hands down.
But outside it still manages to be brighter than my 6s Plus outside. Not sure how that works but it might have to do with the Wide Gammut.
