Got my "Bright Blue" leather loop today

Received it today and really do like it. It's not as bright as the name implies and had more of a midnight blue tone to it. I like it much better than the black sports band I had on previously. It's very easy to put on and adjust. It doesn't exactly feel like leather, more but a canvas/vinyl feel. It's comfortable to wear. Apple really overdid it with the packaging as it comes in a large shell box.

for $150 it better come packaged like they spent $50 on just the packaging.

Yes, expensive. I refused to buy the SS link for $450. I drew the line at this one. Packaging felt very quality, but wouldn't expect anything else from Apple.

Me too. I am debating trading in my Black Sports Band for a $50 credit for maybe the Milanese or the Black Leather Loop, but then I have to spend $100 to upgrade, and I might want to just wait for third party bands at that point.

It looks great! I have always liked that band but I have a 38 and it only comes in a 42 .. I love the softness of it and that it is infinitely adjustable. Blue is my favorite color .. love it in that band.

Do you think you'll ever go back to the black sports band? The reason I ask is that I ordered the opposite as you (and now regret it since I have no watch). I ordered the watch with blue leather loop and a separate black sports band. Just wondering if I should cancel that extra band...

Everyone is different and I suppose occasionally I might use the black SS but it's no where near as comfortable and sharp looking as the leather loop. The one thing I like about the leather loop is it can pass for casual or dressy, where as most other bands are one or the other. I don't care about it not being waterproof.

Thanks! Yeah, I guess I have it ordered because I'm hoping the watch gets me up and about more and back to working out. I'd hate to sweat into that band...

Looks nice. Definitely not a bright blue. Looks similar to the blue leather cases for the iPhone and iPad.

I'm scheduled to receive my Stone Leather Loop band tomorrow. The blue was my second choice.

Looks good. I loved it and ordered one on the 11th after seeing it in person at a try on appt.

My order finally updated from a vague "May" delivery date to May 26th-June 1st. Hopefully times continue to improve and I get it even sooner.

I thought you could only trade for different color of same band

It is my understanding that you can trade up or sideways for a band that is eligible to be sold with your watch. So if you bought a SS with sports band, you can pretty much swap or upgrade to any band.

Looks so good. Glad to hear that its comfortable too. I've ordered the Light Brown leather loop and it should arrive in 2 weeks.

The blue is tempting me too much now I've seen it. Damn it!

Thanks all. One thing I noticed is when walking you can feel a slight sensation when I guess the magnets shift and it almost gives off the feeling like a haptic touch. I use prominent haptic, but for people who don't, they might confuse this sensation with haptic feedback. I am curious to see if others feel this way when they get the band.
