Got my MacBook Pro!!! pics inside!!

F7 on the MBP and MB is used to switch display sources - ie. a projector, ext. display, TV, ect.

You can change most of the controls in sys. preferences. I've made my expose active with hot corners. Bottom left for all apps. Bottom right for all windows in one app.
 
hey guys whenever i switch on the system it keeps changing the brightness .. cant i set it to a constant level??? also

can anyone tell me what make is my screen and the cd drive??? my screen has the id 9c67
 
Goto Sys Pref > display > uncheck (auto adjust brightness)

Should fix some of the dimming..

Other diming is caused by power options..

Hit fn + F9

That will shrink all the windows on the desktop and allow you to pick which you want.

There is also fn + F10
and fn + F11
