Grated out address

In the group listing, several addresses are listed at the bottom under a section with a #label and they are greyed out. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

In the group listing, several addresses are listed at the bottom under a section with a #label and they are greyed out. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

Addresses that appears under the # label are addresses without a name. They are gray because the names are in black while the addresses are in gray. So they aren't really "grayed-out" it's normal that they're gray like all the other email addresses.

Check your contact address book database using the Apple Contacts app, you'll find you'll probably have a few addresses without names.
