Why does one care so much about a "bloggers" opinion. Not likely going to change anything. If Apple really listened to their customers a more powerful charger would have been included since the iphone 6/6s.

Not even sure if he qualifies as a blogger/journalist anymore. More like unofficial Apple PR at this point.

That's why I like the Verge. They cover Apple a lot Because it is extremely relevant as a company. However, they're pretty honest about their phones and why they use them. Dieter Bohn is one of the best in the business, IMHO.
