man, i was kidding about iPhone battery life (see my smiley above it)
i actually think it can be useful for users who are preoccupied with battery life
A fair list with objective figures (endurance rating, web browsing, vidéos...)
Free feel for everyone to check others sources for completing datas about battery life

I found other sites that do battery life comparisons. They echo what you posted from GSMArena. But I am afraid to post them here and get chastised.

I know you were joking, but there are a number of individuals here who are like parasitic lamprey - and feed off anything (given the chance) which gives them the opportunity to post their usual bile about product A or B. It's for that reason I said we didn't need threads with that or that promoted that - and even by irreverently doing so - you unintentionally brought some of the 'newer' parasitic posters to the surface to regurgitate their diatribe mission statements and promote their little agenda's once more....

Honestly, those type of posters will always come out. It doesn't matter if OP had simply posted the battery rankings with no commentary. There will be trolls. Half of the comments in the news threads are troll-baits. it's a dangerous world out there.

Anyway, I would like to see another column for idle time. I like me a phone that can stay juiced up for long periods of time when i'm not using it.

Link doesn't open for me, but in my reasoning choosing a phone for battery life is like choosing a car for the tires. There are so many options for external power these days.

That's a really bad analogy when most batteries are not removable. I would sure hate to own a car where I couldn't change the tires lol.
