Just stumbles accross this thread. The only way I've ever managed to get an appointment in the Regent street store is by calling Apple and getting them to make an appointment for me (had to do this twice). The on-line booking is permanently full. I have an appointment for this monday, 11th June. I have been trying to get an appointment since the 25th May, and I finally got this one on the 7th June. As mentioned above, I only got this appointment by calling the store directly, and refusing to allow the call to end until I had an appointment.
