Title says all, I have yet to see a review with the battery % to show near the battery at status bar, did they remove that feature to save space? or maybe its just not toggled on. But if its totally gone i shall miss it!

iPhone X Has anyone seen an X with the battery % next to the battery?

All Apple needs to do is put the % inside the meter. It can be corrected with a software update if it doesn't exist anymore on top.

Agree, should be very easy. Had those options available when rooting my Android phones.
I know it’s a small thing, but this is a big disappointment to me. The battery icon is terrible for actually seeing true battery %. To have to swipe down to see the % is just ridiculous. It feels like some things are taking a step back. If they couldn’t put all the features we are accustomed to in a edge to edge display, then they should have forgotten it until they could. I don’t mind the notch, but when it takes away things that are useful, I really don’t like it. Apple needs to figure this out fast.

Appearantly for the X they moved the percentage into the CC
Yea, that’s about as good as removing it. I hope they allow you to show the percentage instead of the bar.

Wrong... I have the X and the battery no longer shows percentage. You HAVE to scroll down from top right to get to toggles to see.

Nope... there is no battery percentage toggle now in the battery section.
An easy fix for this would be by turning the percentage on it would replace the battery icon instead. So same space used but at least you have a choice.
