You're welcome. I'm going to do a post on YouTube tonight about all these things. Find me in search on YT Emkwan Reviews.

Whoa. Are you a member of the press? Will definitely search you up! Thanks a lot for the info! I’m gonna miss the battery percentage.

I haven’t used the battery % in a while. When you hit 20% you are prompted with a low battery warning. Also if you have something like an Apple Watch the battery widget shows your phone and watch battery. You swipe right on the phone screen to see all of that info.

What about orientation lock, bluetooth and location services?

I don't actually care about any of them being there, especially the first two as I know they are both on constantly.

Oh and DND?

they prevented it so people won't notice how fast the battery drains ;)

Pretty sure Apple has decided that displaying the actual number within the battery icon was “too small” and not elegant vs rest of interface (it would have to be different font size, which is never nice), net I’m screwed on this one..Amen.

I know it’s a small thing, but this is a big disappointment to me. The battery icon is terrible for actually seeing true battery %. To have to swipe down to see the % is just ridiculous. It feels like some things are taking a step back. If they couldn’t put all the features we are accustomed to in a edge to edge display, then they should have forgotten it until they could. I don’t mind the notch, but when it takes away things that are useful, I really don’t like it. Apple needs to figure this out fast.

You can just look at the clock. If you took it off the charger at 8am by 2pm it'll be at 30% and by 5pm it'll be empty. Keep a charger nearby everywhere you go.
