She keeps saying there is a problem. Was working fine earlier. Too much server load?

I had this issue earlier. I disabled Siri and re-enabled it and it started working just fine.

yup....

Siri is a biyatch. She particularly hates geeks and nerds who bow down and worship her.
Because I shun her, she loves me. :p But I kicked her to the curb and went back to the iPhone 4.

Gently rub her microphone icon in tiny little circles and she'll be your best friend forever...

Same here. seems like it's struggling.... hope this isn't going to be a big problem. it took 2 minutes to dictate "Test dictation" and it's having trouble doing basic searches.

I'm guessing total overload on the Siri servers.

No wonder they limited it to the 4s. They don't even have capacity for that. I bet it gets better when people quit asking what Apple's stock price is.

Siri system is completely down. I think all the stupid questions we've been asking it have turned her into a mush-brain.

Seriously though - can't believe it couldn't handle day 1 volume, what the hell is it going to be like in a week or two?

Hopefully better. Everyone is playing with it right now, showing it off, etc etc. Once the newness dies down it should be less jammed up.
