I had a 2018 MacBook Pro 16 in 16 GB, 512SSD Intel Mac. What difference in performance and battery life? It's so quiet. My M3 Pro is everything I had hoped for and more.

Have any of you upgraded from a 13 inch 2017 MacBook Pro (Intel i5) to any of the newest M based Macbooks(AIR/PRO)? Was the upgrade worth it?

I'm assuming your new M3 Pro powered Macbook is the 14 Inch Version of the Macbook Pro? How is the 14 Inch display in comparison to your previous 16 inch? Do you regret the downgrade in screen real-estate space?
I was leaning towards the 14 in initially. I actually went with the 16 MacBook Pro. I felt I couldnt downgrade to a smaller size of the screen. Also I wanted a loger battery life.
