I've been using Edge for a while now, and interestingly, the Magic Mouse has never lost copied text when using right-click to copy—not even once. This issue had plagued the Magic Mouse and macOS for quite some time, at least in my case. Despite sending feedback to Apple for years, no macOS updates or resetting of the Magic Mouse ever resolved it. The mouse would always remember the second-to-last copied text instead of the most recent one. However, with Edge, every right-click-copy-paste works exactly as it should.

The Magic Mouse copy-paste issue persists in other apps, including Vivaldi. I removed Opera a while back—too many web browsers. I installed Orion, gave it a try for a while, and then decided to drop it. I might give Firefox a shot—it’s been years since I last used it.

Excellent!
According to Wikipedia, it's developed in four countries: Poland, Scotland, Sweden, and China. So, what? Also, can Wikipedia, based in the US, really be trusted? Not accountable to those three-letter organisations?
Being aware and making choices is one thing, but being paranoid is a step too far. ;)

Have you ever used Opera? What might be the % of those companies in China that makes your Apple products, and their parts?
If you're against Chinese-owned businesses, you might avoid eating Smithfield Foods products, using GE Appliances, visiting AMC Theatres, or stepping into the Waldorf Astoria, or play Riot Games for example.

That's the problem, one hasn't used it, but still has an opinion on it.

I'm sure, you are using some other search engine in your Safari, other than Google. ;)
By this logic, does one need to eat potassium cyanide before they can opine about it? ;)

I'm using Safari, Firefox, DDG & Ecosia…

You claimed not in China, you were wrong. That’s all. And I trust Wikipedia more than you tbh.

And that’s why it’s always good to check additional sources.
