Thanks for the quick reply addressing my concerns. I'm really looking forward to all the new updates / features / etc.
1. Migrating your friends to Hello! is actually very easy. Since we detect friends based on their phone number and email address - adding you new friends is a piece of cake.![]()
2. Base Functionality, Whatsapp has been around for over a year. And if you look at their growth it is not very significant - they have not made any improvements besides adding photos and video which is something people use, but not an every day must have.
Hello! IS going to have voice, video, location, etc but at the immediate moment we are focusing on making 'MESSAGING' for the first few releases. Voice is great but isn't the whole reason you message someone to not talk .... Don't worry all the features will be coming soon!
And not to be nitpicky, but can you make the bubble on the icon a little wider, like that of TextNow. I think it looks SIGNIFICANTLY better.
3. In the future we will support the ability to select a color scheme. We worked really hard to make Hello! fast and efficient. I am happy to see you noticed that.
I hope you Enjoy Hello! and get all of your friends to join. As I mentioned before, Hello! will be available for Blackberry and Android soon. Both versions are BEAUTIFUL!
Darn, that's unfortunate. My family and I are HUGE video message users. I hope you can integrate video messaging sooner than later. I am really looking forward to using the group chat. I promise you I will purchase the non-ad version once video messaging appears.
And not to be nitpicky, but can you make the bubble on the icon wider, like that of TextNow? I think it looks SIGNIFICANTLY better! But that's just me.
We will get the video transfer added in pretty quickly
Group Chat already works if you and your family have Hello! - You should try it out, it works really nice.
I will take a look at textnow and see what we can do.
Thanks for your feedback, we really value it greatly. Everyones comments will be considered for future releases. We are hoping Apple approves the update tomorrow.
