You are right of course, but with several years of non Safari use, due to Apple's non support of the highest version in SL, Chrome was a god send, for being so much faster. Also, non supported for last few years, and I did get used to it. However the google helper listings in cpu did do my head in, and never more so than when on YouTube and the fan blasting away all the time. Mind you, Safari did that a lot too. Can you point to the must have extensions for security in current Safari? AdBlock, obviously, and is the AdBlock plus preferred. But what is used for blocks and secure these days when using Safari? Not used Safari for several years now.
