I've tried MPlayer, VLC, and Quicktime. So I burned it to a CD just to see if it would work on Windows. It does, with WMP and WinAmp. So does anyone have any suggestions on what to open it with?
You need to buy the 'QT 6 MPEG-2 Playback - Mac OS X'. It can be found Here.
EDIT: I think that link may timeout after a certain period of time has elapsed. If it does, go to Apple.com, then click on store and do a search for 'MPEG-2'. It is $20.
Do you think that will do it? Since it didn't work on MPlayer, which I usually use for MPEG2 stuff? It seems kind of silly to buy it when I can just burn a CD and watch it with Windows.

VLC does in fact support MPEG-2... if you don't believe me, check this page: VLC Features. What sort of MPEG2 is this? Where did you get it? Getting a raw MPEG2 file is very very rare, no major distribution networks use it.
