Well have you downloaded all three of those or not? My guess would be that the flash installer was downloaded as I‘ve seen that before. Just don‘t run it and don‘t click random pop-ups anymore in the future.
but how do I get rid of those files on the download section? By moving them to trash? thank you

A website cannot possibly scan your Mac for viruses. If they claim they can, and if they also claim you have viruses, then they are lying. Simple as that. Most likely they want you to spend money on some virus checking app that you don't need, which means you waste a bit of money. Or they want you to pay for a service that supposedly removes those viruses from your Mac, which means you spend a lot of money and give some scammer access to your computer.

As a reaction to this site, you should do NOTHING. Especially you shouldn't contact them, you shouldn't get anti-virus software from them, you should most definitely not install any software of theirs.

I don't know if I picked anything up from that pop-up as I looked at the list of downloads, but only found three on the list that had dmg at the end of the title . One of them is 'Malwarebytes-3.0.3.433.dmg' and the other, 'SmartSwitch4Mac_setup.dmg' and the other, 'intsall_flash_player_osx.dmg' Am I at risk here? Do I get rid of them by pressing the button, 'move to trash'?
Move to trash, then "empty trash".

Hi Gnasher, I get what you are saying but how does Malwarebytes fair in what you are saying? I was recommended Malwarebytes a while ago.
