What I did was:
Format disk
Put high sierra
Create the modified boot camp to enable install from USB
Put the bootcam drivers onto my Win10 USB installer
Reboot into Win10
Go into the console to fix the hybrid MBR
Reboot into Win10 installer and delete partition, then created a smaller one ( I wanted some space for Linux)
Format and install
Install the bootcamp drivers
Whenever the Intel GPU BSOD occurred, fix it as described in the earlier post.
Win10 works.
Installed Linux. Works.
Installed Refind in Linux as boot manager.
Did you use gdisk for the console commands?

Sorry no, never tried that method.
I fixed it, managed to install UEFI Windows 10 1604 after unplugging my HD and leaving my SSD inside and formatting it as Mac OS Extended. I had it formatted in APFS before. So for anyone facing my problems, the solution is to format your MacOS drive as MacOS Extended.
