I just sold my iPhone 4s for $450 bought a LTE Galaxy Nexus for $300. I miss my 4S to death but I now have $150 to go towards the next iPhone. I'll have the two best things for both OS. By the way I unlocked/rooted running Vicious Jelly Bean ROM. Man project butter is SMOOTH!!! And Google Now is awesome.
