Buyers have ALL the power. Selling is incredibly risky and eBay almost always sides with the buyer if a dispute arises.
I've been on eBay since 2001. Sold over 500 items, bought some stuff, too.
I haven't sold a single thing in over 3 years due their draconian measures taken against sellers if a buyer files a claim. It's ridiculous and sad.
But yeah, buy away on eBay. You're good to go if there is one micro-issue that you demand be fixed...it will be.
