Help Remembering a game

SO about 3 years ago I played this game and I can't remember for the life of me the name. Basically you fall forever through a hole and have to fit through gaps. The game was 3d and was in first person. Every 1000 points or so you moved on to a different background. It was released around 2015.

First thing that popped into my mind was Falling Fred, but it was released well before 2015.
