Ahh - so what do you use pip for? Watching videos and texting? Does it work with all apps or just some? And is it a Note 2 thing, or do you think the GS4 will have it as well?

I think the s4 will have it. If I remember correctly the GS3 had it too. You can use it in anything. If just sits on top of whatever you open and you can drag it around and re-size it.

He's not wrong.

Pretty soon all Samsung will have to do is provide tools to common popular app devs to port their apps over, then simply add all these features as well to tizen, put it on the next galaxy (5 or 6), and optimize it with more freedom as it is their OS. Then google will wake up.

I've heard rumors of this before, it'll be very interesting to see what happens

Can you list the features Samsung has implemented that WORK and truly give a better Experience?

I'm genuinely curious - will likely be picking up a GS4 in September (when my upgrade is available).

In my case:

- The smart alarm. Loved it. Not only the alarm sounds are nice, but the implementation is a good one.

- Smart stay in a lit up environment. If i read something long in browser in a lit up room, the screen won't turn off. Too bad it doesn't work in dark :(

- The scene modes in camera app. They do work. Especially love the low light and night mode.

The default alarm noise is great. That is one of my favorite things haha.
