High Sierra usb boot

I can't make a usb installer under monterey.
I wanted to make an High Sierra installer for my mid 2011 air. I've tried everything (terminal, etc, etc)

Do you have any tips?

"invalid termination status:251"

could the problem be elsewhere?

it works, I was able to make a usb boot disk, maybe I had a bad day yesterday
it didn't go well at first, today I was lucky
