Where on the website can you find the date?

eta. Never mind! For some reason, my iPP was never added to my Apple ID. Now it has been.

I just checked; even though I picked it up on Nov 07, I have until Jan 8 to return it.

I wish there was a way to screenshot it where it showed the order ID.

Is that only for online purchases? I bought mine from a retail store on November 11 and was told from an Apple rep that I only have until the 25th unless I go to the store and actually return it and buy another one.

Yeah, it seems to be only for online purchases. The retail store receipts show 14 days from purchase if you bought prior to 11/14.

I bought my IPP a few hours before the Apple Store opened online out of a (misguided) fear that they would be sold out by the time I made it to the store. So I paid for it a few hours in advance, but otherwise my purchase was the same as it would have been otherwise.

While I was there, I gave in and added the ASK. That seems so odd that the return policy on the ASK is less when I took them out of the store at the same time.

Does your account actually show a different return window for the ASK?

For whatever reason, I can't get the ASK to show up on my account. I'm still looking.

I thought they emailed me the receipt, but I'll check when I get home today.

Okay so they didn't backdate the retro of 11/1/18 unfortunately. So it has to be anything after 11/14/18 that takes place. I purchased a pair of AirPods on 11/9/18, but later showed I had 1.8.19 but when I went in today on the apple.com, the return button is gone meaning, it's past the return period. So definitely 11.14.18 is the start date. Anything before 11.14.18 still falls on the 14 day return and does not qualify for the extended holiday return. If you purchased something on 11.13.18 on apple.com, the return button will disappear on 11.28.18.
