That's my assumption. A lot of courier companies do have Sunday collections. If it's Wed then it's not the end of the world ;-) Will be interesting to see whether the status has changed when the Apple order info comes back on line as down at the moment.

In the UK, just recently this morning my order have gone down. It was in the preparing to ship phase for delivery 16-18. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow....express delivery I paid for, can’t wait!

I know it’s not the end of the world, just annoying that I paid for express delivery when I didn’t need to.

if presales for phones were the same as other years... those planes are PACKED with just phones!

Oh ya.... this is totally a "thing" on macrumors.... but... this is nothing compared to the iPhone tracking threads! 😍

I placed my order on November 6 right when it went live, and yesterday it changed to preparing for shipping and but it has not shipped yet and my dates are for delivery is Nov. 17 to 19 I hope it Ships today and gets here tomorrow..
 
Mine just shipped! Originally quoted 19th now says 17th! 🥳🥳

Edit: Actually my email says it’ll arrive 17th, the Apple Store app is saying 19th. I’ll let you know when I do!

Can you figure out where its coming from yet? and it is Fedex or UPS?

Ahh mine is the U.K., so Royal Mail. It’s just says it’s on the way to them.

It’s 24 hour tracked so could possibly come tomorrow depending on when RM get it.

Right here with you, I've tried contacting them twice the first time the adviser couldn't care less the second time they were more helpful but couldn't give me a date:mad:

Just like mine. The tracking code isn’t active yet so I can’t see where it’s starting it’s journey towards Somerset.

Interesting, because normally in the USA its either Fedex or UPS are the two carriers here. It would be cool if we cool if we could get them tomorrow on launch day Nov. 16, but since the 16th is a Monday I think that is why they mention 17 which is a Tuesday

Mine now says shipped too. My express shipping says Wednesday 18th still :( You got an email confirming it's shipped? Or you mean the original email?

Am hoping mine turns up tomorrow, if it turns up Wednesday and Royal Mail ones turn up on the Tuesday, I will not be happy that I paid more for it to arrive later :(

Royal Mail is the free shipping, we have DPD or UPS for express shipping.
