Got it today at BB
worked on it
It is VERY VERY cool
but it doesnt replace my iphone (more portable) or my laptop (more powerful)
and, my netbook can do a lot more, though not as pretty

it will be a nice device, but probably just isnt for me

I am going to sell it while it is hot

Well, ya

Did Google or RIM Pay You?

Corporate warfare is real folks. And here is your example.....

Either that or an idiot who didn't understand anything about the iPad before buying it.

Well the question should be....

If you didn't have:
A. an iPhone
B. a Laptop
C. a Netbook

Would you buy:
D. an iPad and maybe combination of A B or C?

If I had a plethora of devices in various shapes in sizes I may find no need for iPad also...... I'm just sayin.

Do not be a fool! The iPad was not surpassed to replace your computer or iPhone. I own both and the iPad is simply outstanding!

If you do not see the iPad's real purpose . . . Well then, yes sell it to someone who does see it's advantages.

What did you think the iPad was?

I mean, did you not know any of this 2-3 months prior to releasing?

I am pretty sure they have plenty of display model's at the apple store to play around with if you was not sure.

You have two desktops, two laptops, an iPhone, and a netbook... I'd think you'd want to hold onto it just to keep the Ark filled!

I have an iMac, rev 1 iPhone, and no laptop. I'm waiting on the 3G, and will use it to displace my iPhone. If your game plan is to carry around three computers with you at any given time, I'm not sure the logic of an iPad would have ever been well suited to your needs.

That's actually a good idea if you sell it over seas. You might make some money.

But as far as liking it or not, it's too early to tell. You may end up wanting to unload it down the road (as may I), but you might want to give it time in order to acclimate to it

After all, the reviews were pretty good (which sort of surprised me) , which suggests that there are legitimate uses for it.

For me it's a gamble that i'll be able to use it for my intended purposes.

Even though he wasn't as informed as others, there's no reason to insult the OP.

This guy's obviously a troll. Why are you bothering to respond? Wait...:D

I fundamentally agree, except he claims he likes using a netbook, so that makes him very suspicious.

"suspicious" of WHAT??? are u saying that all netbook users are "suspicious" or less intelligent, or less "cool" than you are? LOL!!!! how old are you?

I believe he means that anyone that has used a netbook would truly appreciate the intuitiveness and speed and ease-of-use of the iPad.

I have a touch. I have a netbook. two different creatures and I like them both. is fanboyism getting in the way of open mindedness? belay that last question--I already know the answer.
