+1. I think it's called sarcasm. Shady825 might want to turn his S meter up. However, to some people that sarcasm might touch a nerve (if for example they did have someone get killed by a drunk driver), so maybe that's not the best use of sarcasm.
I'm all for sarcasm everyday of the week.

Family or not I would take him to small claims court and see if the law agrees that he is not responsible for his actions while drunk. It's petty to take a family member to small claims court for $600 but its the principal of the matter and the fact that he is being a jerk about it.

What part of the above statement by the OP is really difficult to understand, just out of curiosity? Your suggestions could support valuable research that will make all forums easier to read in the future.
Even more unbelievable is his other family members. How could they possibly side with this drunken idiot? If it was my family, I would have estranged myself from them years ago!
