How can I contact Apple Head Office?

I have had a number of problems with one of my Apple devices that I won't go in to on here. I have spoken with 4 different senior advisors all have which have been useless, unhelpful and not sympathetic to my situation.

I would like to be able to contact Apple head office as I think they should be aware of this.

Does anyone have the contact details of who I would need to speak to?

I just feel like I'm going round in circles and not getting anywhere!

When I asked for the office of the president they said I could not speak with them, but if I wanted I could send them a FAX. They don't take calls or emails. I read further down and followed the suggestion of asking for the "Executive Customer Service" and was put through immediately. (408) 996-1010 Hope that helps

Or try emailing Tim Cook. tcook@apple.com

They must have changed it because all employees use the email format of first name underscore last name @apple.com so it would be tim_cook@apple.com and it works. I have emailed some employees there recently.
