How clean is your room?

Any neat freaks out there?
I absolutely loathe a messy room. And my definition of messy is having anything other than furniture on the ground.

Drawers should be clean, and nothing except necessities should be on counter tops.

Right now the only thing out of order in my room is my closet.

I'm not OCD about anything, really, but I get really annoyed when my best friend comes over for the night and feels free to throw her clothes on the floor.

Can you two come round mine and tidy it up a bit then, my is really in a constant state of mess but with a room that really only has 2.5m of corridor up to a desk with a double be next to the corridor then it is really easy to get it messy. Will post pics tomorrow if you really want to see the layout + mess in my room.

During the worst time, I have to hop from the door to my bed because there are only small sliver of spaces on the ground where you can step a foot on. Not two feet together at the same time. I've almost mastered it: open the door, 1 hop takes me in the room, hop again, then land on the bed. Pull out my laptop from under the bed, and go on with my day. It's a bit better with the macbook finally on the desk and a space cleaned up for work out area, but now I just have a big chair and pile all my clothes on there .
You can probably tell, I'm not the neatest person .

I think my room is semi-clean. I do have OCD so before I add or get something new that is important to me a will totally clean my room top to bottom. For example I'm starting to tidy up preparing for my iPhone in December and I cleaned my room a bunch before I got my MBP.

I'm such a slob.

And no, there will be no photos posted. I worked diligently for about a week cleaning and this is the cleanest any room of mine has been for probably, my entire life. And the sad thing is? Probably 99.99% of all humans would deem my room inhabitable as it is.

I need one of those room makeover shows. The ones where they basically force you to dump everything. Ha.

My bedroom is pretty decent, I keep it minimal in there.. as far as my living room and kitchen go, thats another story

Normally I go so far as to have a strict number of objects per surface. Nightstands are 3 per, computer desk is computers + 1, TV stand is 0, there's some leeway with my drafting desk.

However, since I'm moving in a month I've let that slide. Things are crazy, some surfaces have four or more objects on them!
