Stop doing that. There's more in the world.

Uhh. its where I live. I only know whats around me, I don't go looking to see what kind of internet is in russia, or other places I never have even herd of,

Most people seem to be around north america here or in Europe where it seems the internet is mostly the same.

Nah, Europe is way different from the states. Heck, European countries are way different from each other. Even the UK and Ireland are way different from each other.

But yeah, I don't get why that poster said to "stop doing that" when you were just speaking to what you know. As if they expected you to know about Mac sellers in Brazil.

I was not talking about laws or goverments or any of that,

I was mainly talking about isp packages, around there, I would think that would be the same.
or around the same,

Because earlier he said:
The data cap thing is bull,
Most isp's provide atleast 20gb.,

As if it applies to everyone. This may hold true for the US and Canada but is patently false when taking other countries into account. So either he should state what he's talking about more precisely or he should stop being ignorant about the rest of the world.

I said I asumed, the same. because its something you would not think that would change. god you mac users have a real problem, you know not every can know everything.

Nobody said that there aren't other places in the world. He did say he only spoke for where he lived, and that's when you got onto him. It just made no sense. If you want to speak to a different country in which you lived, you're free to do so.

Besides which, 273 of the 300-something Apple Stores in the world are in the US and Canada. There's a pretty good chance it's relevant to the OP's question.
