They are my own scripts, i am using the restart finder one too, so thank you . It worked replacing it with "do shell script "defaults write something" commands which i also use.

EDIT: it works now, i found another command to do what i wanted to do rather than using rm.
EDIT2: i used \ instead of " when using directories containing spaces.
