Overnight using lightning cable. Then at work, when I notice it around 50-60% during the day, I put it on my wireless charging pad.

So a little bit of both. And I'd say probably most of the time using the cable. Then for "topping it off", I use wireless.
 
Always overnight. I use to throw my Pro Max on a Belkin wireless charger. More than a year later and it was still on 99% battery health. I am a light user though. Interestingly I have heard of some issues with wireless chargers built in to cars and incompatibility with MagSafe phones.
